Chardonnay Estate - 7 Suites in the heart of wine region 2 ml from Sonoma Square

This is one of 2 our beloved vacation houses. (Another one located in prestigious Pebble Beach - search for Property ID: 313123).

The property is newly redesigned by renowned architect modern farmhouse. It is located 45 minutes from SF, 3 mins from the center of Sonoma, and 20+ minutes from Napa. The property offers over 5600 sq. feet of luxury space, 3.25 acres of beautiful and private land with spectacular views, Chardonnay vineyard, oversize pool, and bocce court.

Our modern farmhouse comprised of 3 separate buildings: main house, guest house, and cottage. The main house has 4 en-suite bedrooms, 2 stories-high living room with floor-to-ceiling windows, bar, and open kitchen/dining area with amazing views from every window.
Guest house has upstairs large en-suite with space for yoga/exercises and large deck. Guest house downstairs offers huge game room with ½ bath, and private alcove with queen sleeping sofa. And, guess, the view from the windows can easily compete with main house views.
Charming cottage has queen sleeping sofa, full bathroom, and vineyard-facing deck.
Come and experience the exceptional interior design, enjoy huge pool with astonishing pool area everybody from your family could adores. Luxury 7-persons hot tub to provide fun and entertainment during winter time. Take short trips to the best California wineries, restaurants, and sightseeing. Play golf, watch racings at Sonoma tracks, bike, ride hoses, and we believe you would tell your friends that you have one of the best vacations of your life.

Per Sonoma County:
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests per house is limited to ten (10) persons or the number specified in the reservation whichever is less. This number is not included small kids. The maximum number of registered guests and their visitors allowed during the day is 16 persons. This limit does not apply to children under three (3), nor does it apply on Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or Christmas.

The house was well laid out for our group. We enjoyed the property. However, it should be noted that this property is up for sale and the exterior is very neglected. Bocce ball court is in poor condition, pool chairs were dirty and the outside of the house isn’t well maintained. The interior was fairly clean minus lots of cobwebs. The A/c in the living room is broken and we were told it would be fixed after we leave. For the price we paid, I wouldn’t return.

The house was absolutely perfect!!! We chose your home due to the number of ensuites. Rooms were extremely clean and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. And the fruit trees and fresh lemons were a welcome surprise.

Lovely property for Thanksgiving

We rented this home to bring together friends and family for Thanksgiving and it was perfect. The common space (kitchen, living room, bar) was great. All bedrooms were well appointed. All the bathrooms we could ever need. And the views were just stunning (the yellow vines gave the best fall vibes). I highly recommend this place!

Fantastic trip with friends and family!

We had a wonderful weekend at Chardonnay Estate! It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had multiple families with small children (ages 3 months old to 4 years old). Every bedroom is an en suite, which made a huge difference in terms of the comfort of having multiple families. There are several bedrooms with large closets, where we kept pack and plays for the babies. I was a bit worried about the pool not being heated, but it was very warm! The property itself is also beautiful. You are on a vineyard, with grapes, apple trees, cows (the kids loved walking to see the cows) and more. Communication with the owner was smooth - she was responsive and helpful! We would definitely stay again and hope to be back!

Perfect House in Sonoma

This house is in a great location - less than 2 miles from the Sonoma town square. It was easy access to the grocery store, restaurants and shopping. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of space in the house and it is well equipped.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at the Chardonnay Estate! Looked exactly like the pictures. Waking up to the sunrise over looking the vineyard was just gorgeous! Great location, not far from downtown Sonoma.

Beautiful Sonoma Home!

The property and home was great! Better in person than advertised! With a group of 10 adults, there was more than enough room for everyone to have their space, which is comforting for a large group. We utilized every space this home offered us and enjoyed playing bocce ball after our outings. Definitely consider this home with any large group or family with children. The additional living/play/sleeping room with full bath was not used; although, would be great for a family with older children. Close to all of your needs in Sonoma (grocery, restaurants, shops). A keeper on our list of places to continue to use!

30th Birthday- Family Celebration

Everything was as good as, or better than expected. Love having bathrooms for each bedroom. Great for a large party. We had 10 people. Host was wonderful when we needed to change our dates by one day. Always very responsive.

Wonderful property!!

Located within the beautiful “Chardonnay estate” this property is totally new and modern. We had a wonderful stay for my 40th birthday. The bocce court, pool and amazing views made it a wonderful stay. The owner was very responsive to anything we needed.

It was beautiful and exactly as pictured. One of the en suite rooms is a pull out bed instead of a real bed but other than that it was perfect. The instruction were thorough and easy to follow
