The home is located on the private east side of the town of Sonoma on a gated 2 acre lot.
We are less than 1 mile from the plaza and close to Bartholemew Park, Buena Vista, Sebastiani and many others.
This home is great for couples, solo adventurers, small families and business travelers. Not suitable or available for large parties etc.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the outdoor deck, front and back yard, and washer/dryer. The garage is not available for guest use.
For outdoor spaces, please stay within the fenced area where the house is located. There is another home on the property, ensuring a peaceful shared environment.

Other things to note
This is a wonderful home for entertaining and easy access to Sonoma plaza.
It is not advisable for large outside entertaining groups or loud after hours parties.
Quiet times 7 days or week are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
Absolutely no outside amplified noise is allowed such as speakers.
