“Great stay, very accomadating staff. ”

“All my needs were provided. Staff greeted me each time I came in the front door or walked out of the elevator. The room was very clean. My only complaint was the quality of the toilet paper. I will bring my own next time. Then my stay will be perfect. ”

“Room was large and bed as okay, however the room never cooled down even though we set the thermostat at 65 degrees with the fan constantly blowing.”

“Yeah even with motel level standards this was probably the WORST motel I’ve stayed in. Front desk was completely lackluster, which pretty much describes the front office AND the employees. If that wasn’t a red flag in itself, the rooms were DIRTY. Stains on walls, chipping paint etc…The bed was at least clean though. And there was a lady singing in her room all night.”

“I lost all my email. We contacted Homes2 Suites main office to see if we got our reservation. They told us to call the hotel directly. We did. They assured us that we had no reservation and nothing was now available. So we stayed elsewhere. But surprise, when we got home we were billed for a room at homes2 Suites. I feel they stole $200 from us by not truly checking for our reservation. Worthless front desk staff.”

“Quiet, safe, really comfy beds, super clean property kept in tip top condition. Could use a better internet connection.”

“Room was very clean, breakfast area was clean and items were replaced as they ran out, parking nice but if you came in later on certain days lot would get full ”

“Very small room, cluttered property, many used furniture or equipment just dumped in the corners of property. No housekeeping service to take out trash or clean the room or provide fresh towels. Guest was provided with a plunger to fix the toilet on own.”

“We enjoyed our stay there. The room was cleaned everyday. The staff were helpful. The location is close to many restaurants and shops, and close to the freeway. Breakfast was good too. ”
