“When we arrived the front desk told us that the Expedía credit card was rejected, blaming Expedía. I insisted that I the room was already paid. Also the service was poor, they made us wait long for breakfast.
I think that to minimize cost management has changed, but for the worse. The building is nice but front desk and people managing are not well trained. ”
