“You should provide free parking for guests. The supposed free outdoor parking was a crummy gravel lot that was far away. Absolutely nothing in the kitchen for cooking, we had to ask for dishes. They said they didn't provide toasters until I told them it was in the Expedia listing, then they did find one. Nice hotel but basic customer service.”

"Camera 7/10 molto bella, pulita e con tutto il necessario | Personale 5/10 scadente, in Canada il livello è quello ovunque vai sia chiaro, ma alla reception non sanno neanche cosa sia fare Customer Service, specialmente la donna che ci ha fatto il check out, terribile esperienza non so neanche come faccia a lavorare in un Hotel una persona del genere, il ragazzo al Bar non è stato in grado di fare una bevanda decente, neanche una volta, al Ristorante sono bravi invece, camerieri di alto livello| Vista sulla baia 8/10 | Vasca idromassaggio e Piscina al coperto 9/10"
