## Space

Les Semis is a beautiful, newly renovated apartment located on Avenue des Muguets, in a quiet neighborhood just behind the Dune de la Gravière. Access to the beaches is easy, and the famous Gravière surf spot is less than 200 meters away on foot.
The apartment features a large living room with a home theater system, a comfortable sofa, and an armchair. The kitchen is very well-equipped: dishwasher, fan-assisted oven, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.
The bedroom is equipped with a king-size bed and a desk area with views of the surrounding green spaces. The apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people.
There is private parking in front of the residence, so there is always one space available, and the residence has numerous shared parking spaces.

## Neighborhood

La Gravière is THE surf spot in Hossegor, a stone's throw from La Centrale, where you'll find most of the resort's bars and restaurants. The center of Hossegor is also very easily accessible, where you'll find numerous shops: supermarkets, souvenir shops, bakeries, butchers, pharmacies, etc.
Quick access to the beaches via the Boulevard du Front de Mer takes you from La Centrale to Seignosse. The ideal location of this apartment allows you to be a 10-minute walk from Lake Hossegor and its peaceful beaches.
You can also use the bike paths to reach the various surf spots and the famous Outlet Shop, Zone Pédebert.
