“When we arrived to our rooms, the ceiling in one of the rooms was leaking. It took a while to get new rooms and no one seemed to be in a rush to help. It was very frustrating especially after a long day of travel. Our new rooms weren't on the same floor or together as we hoped but we made it work. Otherwise we had a nice stay. “splendido hotel di fronte al pontile famoso di sopot . la colazione è fantastica , servita in terrazza o al coperto. sinceramente ho visto molti hotel 5 stelle e altri sheraton , ma devo dire che questo è decisamente superiore a tutti ! quando potrò sarà sicuramente un hotel dove tornare !!!”

“We were not happy with the apartmnt. we got, so checked out ealier. But the worst thing is we paid the agreed amount 14,000kr. Then Jovi apartments credit my account an extra 4000+kr . I have been in contact with them many times, they promised to return the amount, almost 2months after our stay we still have not recieved the amount and no explanation why we paid that amount in the first place. So now i have forwarded the case forward.”
