“Arrived at ny 12 noon check in per my registration with a couple of bags of perishable items to cook over the stay. Once I arrived I was told that they do not do check in until 3 PM. I showed them that the check in per my reservation was at 12 noon and that I had purchased food that could not sit in a hot car for three hours. I was told that they would expedite the room cleaning and inform me soon on the check in. I returned in 45 minuted and there was another associate there that stated that...

“The only inconvenience was the BBQ as we were lead to believe we had a gas BBQ. When we arrived we were told we could not use it due to lack of parts. A small charcoal unit was provided without charcoal, to small for 4 people. We purchased a replacement to meet our needs, not our responsibility. ”
