“Great place to stay!”

“1. 객실이 중앙난방인데, 우리방만 추운 방이었나봐요. 그럴 수는 있는데, 전화를 총3번(자기전 2번, 아침에 1번)이나 했으면, 방에 무슨 이상이 있는지 확인하고 조치를 취해줘야 하는거 아닌가요? 난방 가동했다...로 끝이더군요. 자는데 얼굴이 시렵더라구요, 뒤척일 때 이불 밖으로 몸이 나가면 추워서 바로 깼습니다. 밤새 웅크리고 잤더니, 아침에 몸살이 나서 힘들었습니다. 식사 후에 방의 온도계를 확인해 보니 실내온도가 21도였고, 방바닥이 완전 냉골이었습니다. 중앙난방이라 방마다 컨디션이 다를 수는 있는데...대응하는 방식하고, 정말 해당 룸 컨디션을 몰랐을지도 의심스럽습니다. 2. 노천탕 사진을 보고 혹해서 간 건데...사진하고 완전 다릅니다. 사진처럼 조경이 어울어진게 아니고 그냥 벽입니다. 가격도 수안보의 다른 호텔보다 비쌌는데, 너무 실망했고, 절대 비추입니다.”

We spent the afternoon visiting Suok Falls and attending the Goesan Red Pepper Festival nearby.
