“There was a mixup with multiple online bookings but the hotel accommodated us and gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience. The rooms were large, nicely decorated, comfortable beds, and fantastic views. The beach was spectacular, and the outdoor swimming pool very large and clean. The only negative about the stay was the buffet breakfast which didn’t meet the other standards of the hotel. Very limited Western food but a great selection of Asian food for the buffet. ”

“We were on family vacation and stayed here for 3 nights. It is a beautiful resort, nice room, and super comfortable beds. The staff is super nice especially Giang and Tep’ at the Ginger restaurant. Meo the supervisor at the front desk was helpful as well. We absolutely will come back Grand Ho Tram next time.”

“Great resort with private beach and 7 pools, amazing. It also has a little cinema which was a surprise, we tried out one if the movies and weren't disappointed.
The "Lemon Grass" restaurant staffs were so well trained, always looking out for customers' needs and comforts.

“Although man on reception couldn’t speak English he got a translator on the phone immediately and took us to our room which was spotless. We had two rooms here for one night to catch up with family living in Vietnam and we had plenty of local places to choose from for meals. Just remember it is NOT Europe so don’t expect such and this area is a bit remote but we had scooters to drive to the small tidy beach there and, all in all, had a lovely stay. Thankyou”
