From the balcony you can enjoy a glimpse of the Gulf of Naples. The layout with a hallway separates the spaces, ensuring greater privacy, ideal for families and groups of friends. It features 2 bathrooms, A/C, fast Wi-Fi, equipped kitchen, TV, washing machine and all comforts for a relaxing stay. Cozy and well-kept interiors.

The apartment is bright and welcoming, with sea view and carefully designed interiors. Double-glazed windows ensure excellent thermal and acoustic insulation, while each room has independent air conditioning for maximum comfort.

The furniture, handcrafted by local Sorrento artisans using natural materials, along with cotton curtains, creates a warm and authentic atmosphere.

The location is ideal for exploring the city: just a short walk away is the historic Porta di Massa, where a charming path along the ancient city walls leads to the picturesque fishing village of Marina Grande.

Continuing on, you’ll reach beautiful viewpoints, the Villa Comunale, and access to Marina Piccola port, where ferries depart for Capri, Ischia and Procida.

The entire apartment is fully available to guests.

The renovation was carefully designed to ensure comfort and safety: the kitchen features an induction cooktop, meaning no gas is used inside the apartment, creating a safer and healthier environment.

I will be available throughout your stay with a discreet but attentive presence, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience while respecting your privacy.

As required by local regulations, a city tax of €4 per person per night (for guests over 18) must be paid in cash at check-in.

A valid ID is also required for guest registration.

The apartment is located in a central and lively area; guests are kindly asked to respect the property and the neighbors. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

Waste disposal instructions will be provided during the stay.
