Located in Marina Grande, Sorrento centre, this is a stylish and luxurious private villa with direct access to the sea from where you will be able to enjoy wonderful views of the sea, the Sorrento peninsula and Vesuvius Mountain. The villa features a beautiful private terrace with sea views and a private garden as well as private parking. Located only 700 metres from the centre of Sorrento and Piazza Tasso, you will find restaurants (nearest within 50 metres), shops, bars, banks, the train station, bus stops and many other amenities within walking distance. The main feature that makes this property stand out from any other in Sorrento is its exceptional location by the sea, which allows guests to dive into the blue waters of the Gulf of Sorrento straight from the terrace of the house.

Inside, the find a large living area with door to ceiling windows over the bay and sea, sofa and TV (with satellite) area with fireplace, dining area and open plan modern kitchen (equipped with induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, ice machine, toaster, electric kettle, electric oven, microwave, pod and American coffee machine, blender, juicer and other small appliances). The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From the living room-kitchen, you will have access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Here, we can access a guest toilet.

The sleeping area consists of: one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, TV and security safe, direct access to the terrace, air conditioning and heating; three more double bedrooms with king size bed with direct access to the garden, TV, security safe, air con, heating and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa offers a large private terrace equipped with chairs, deck chairs, rocking chairs and tables. On the property we also find a heated Jacuzzi (4 seats; open from March 1st to October 31) and a barbecue grill, tables and chairs under a gazebo, as well as a beautiful garden at the back.
