New Family 3 Bedrooms house in Sorrento

Located a few minutes walk from the heart of Sorrento, Fedema holiday home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open space kitchen and balconies. Spacious and ideal for families and groups of friends, it can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located ten minutes from the train station and the main attractions of the city, it is the ideal solution for relaxing during your holidays. The rooms are constantly cleaned and sanitized with high standards by our specialized team.



The Space

Fedema House is the ideal solution for those who want to experience a stay in Sorrento in a quiet location but still only a few minutes from the city center. The apartment spreads over an area of approximately 120m².

The living area consists of a living room with sofa and reading area and a fully equipped kitchen where you can find all kinds of appliances, microwave oven and a coffee machine.



Bathrooms

The bathrooms are complete with shower, bathtub, washing machine, hairdryer, clean towels and toiletries.



Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment, there are no shared common areas with other guests. To reach the apartment you have the option to either take the stairs or a lift.



Other details to note

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:



• Cleaning fee: 100€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pets Fee: 20€ per pet, per night

• Late check in cost: 50€ (from 7.00 pm - midnight)



Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.



Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
