Renoveted last year, this apt can be accomodate up to 12/14 guests.
The rooms are a blend of modern décor and antique items and design. The white of the walls makes the bright colours of the wonderful locally hand-painted floor stand out.
3 masterbedrooms, 3,5 bathroom, the lounge ,two kitchens ( just up 9 people) cleaned with certified medical detergents.

OUTSIDE THE DOOR OF THE APT THERE IS A CAMERA
Few minutes walk from train station, port and Tasso square.
The best starting point for enjoyng Sorrento and surroundings.
TOURIST TAX
Tourist tax of €4.00 per person per night , from 01/01/2024
The tax should be paid cash at arrival.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

VALID FORM OF IDENTIFICATION
As part of the standard check-in procedure, all guests are kindly requested to present a valid form of identification, such as a government-issued ID or passport, upon arrival. This requirement ensures compliance with our security and verification protocols, and helps facilitate a seamless and secure check-in process.

INSURANCE POLICY
We strongly recommend that you, and all members of your party, purchase travel insurance which includes coverage against trip cancellation due to illness or death. Appropriate coverage should be purchased at the time of the booking. Please note that in the unfortunate event of a cancellation due to any events, occurrences or causes, including health reasons, cancellation terms will irrevocably apply. 

VISITORS & GATHERINGS
You agree to the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by Elena & Vittorio. The property has a maximum number of guests allowed. You understand and accept that the number of people must not exceed the number of sleeping places stated on the property description. Should the house manager discover more people onsite than the maximum number allowed, as per property description, the extra people may be requested to vacate the house.  

LIMITATIONS
Should you intend to use one of our apartment for any type of commercial use, such as photo shootings or filming, please immediately inform Elena & Vittorio of this at the time of booking. Such use will only be allowed with our written consent. You are not allowed to organize any private parties, weddings, wedding receptions or large gatherings on our properties without our written permission, unless clearly specified in the description. In such cases, you will be asked to pay an extra fee for your event. 

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Standard check-in time is between 3 pm and 10 pm. 
It is your responsibility to check the permitted arrival time in the description of the property of your choice, as it may be different from the standard time indicated above, depending on the property.  In case of flight delays, or any unforeseeable inconvenience while traveling, please contact us. Late arrivals are managed for an extra fee (50 euro cash). 

Check out time is 10 am.

SECURITY DEPOSIT 
You will be asked to provide a security deposit against any damage, either upon arrival or at the time of booking. We request this deposit in order to cover the cost of any damage or breaking during your stay at the property. 

On completion of your time on our property, this amount, minus any applicable claims, will be returned to you either on the date of your departure, or within 7 days after departure at the latest, if you paid your deposit at the time of booking. 

PETS 
Pets are generally not allowed.

COMPLAINTS 
We regularly visit and check each property, in order to welcome you with the highest possible standards. Breakdowns beyond the control of Elena & Vittorio, such as cuts in the electricity, water or gas supply, and/or internet connection may occur, and these are the responsibility of the company’s service providers. Should this occur during your stay at one of our properties, we will do our best to solve the problem at earliest convenience. 

If you have any issues during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately. Any complaints lodged at the end or after the stay on our property will not be taken into consideration. If you leave the property without informing us, you will lose all rights to claim any possible refund, or rebate. 

CLEANING 
Elena & Irma will clean the property throughout at the beginning of your rental period. You are expected to leave the property in good conditions at the end of your rental period. 

GUEST’S OBLIGATIONS
The person signing the contract is responsible for the correct and decent behavior of his party. Should the client and his party exhibit unacceptable behavior, the key holder may ask the client and his party to vacate the house. 

HEATING COSTS 
Heating/air conditioning costs are  included in the price of your booking.  Please note that heating in Italy, when not subject to restrictions by the local Government, is more expensive compared to other countries. Please use the heating in a "green" way. Each time you leave the apt during the day, please turn off the units.


GOVERNING LAW
These Reservation Terms and Conditions are governed by the Italian law and the court of Naples shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes in relation to these Reservation Terms and Conditions. On signing the booking form, you totally and unconditionally accept all of our booking conditions.
