Set on a 1,500-square-meter property beside El Choco National Park, our tropical villa and garden offer stunning views and lush landscapes.

We provide cozy, clean accommodations in a minimalist, earthy, serene style, with all the luxury you need. With 6 en-suite rooms, and 10 beds.

Nestled in nature, we’re just a short distance from the vibrant town, Kite Beach, and Surf Beach, offering the perfect balance of tranquility and access to the area's lively energy —truly the best of both worlds.

Our villa features 6 en-suite rooms with flexible sleeping arrangements for up to 16 guests across 10 beds (6 Queen, 4 Twin). Each room offers a private bathroom, hot water, air conditioning, quality wifi, and artisan touches.

The villa also includes two kitchens (indoor & outdoor), BBQ, plunge pool, multiple lounge areas, and a big gated private garden next to the lagoon with yoga area, yoga equipment, seating areas, tropical bar facility, and one kayak to explore the lagoon.

The property also comes with staff (cleaner, gardener, night watch). We offer daily cleaning and a simple but delicious breakfast is included during your stay. This will be prepared by our lovely staff.

Kibayo sits on the edge of Laguna Cabarete, a calm lagoon ideal for kayaking, paddleboarding, and birdwatching. The property borders El Choco National Park, giving guests direct access to nature trails and a quiet escape from the beach scene.

Kite Beach — one of the world's top kite and windsurfing spots — is a 12-minute walk. Cabarete Town's restaurants, bars, and surf shops are 7 minutes by car. Encuentro Surf Beach is also nearby.

From Cabarete Town: head east on the main road toward Sosúa for approximately 2 km. Look for the Kibayo sign on the left (lagoon side). Turn into the driveway — the villa is set back from the road behind the garden gate.
