The Administration of Sosua Ocean Village requires all hosts to provide copies of each guest’s government-issued identification BEFORE arrival. You must submit a copy of your valid ID prior to your date of arrival. Sosua Ocean Village security personnel will deny access to any person who has not been previously registered with their photo ID on file.

We appreciate everyone who chooses to stay at our villa, and have respect for everyone’s privacy. We ask for your full cooperation with this requirement in order to complete your reservation. Please understand that this requirement is enforced by the Sosua Ocean Village Administration and is outside of our control.
IMPORTANT:

* NO SMOKING of any kind is permitted inside the villa. Smoking can be done on the patio. Please be sure to clean up any cigarette/cigar butts and ash.

* NOISE BYLAWS: The Ministry of the Environment regulates that from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm the acceptable noise level cannot exceed 60 DCB, and from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am the acceptable limit is 50 DCB.

* Drone usage is not permitted in the area, without prior written permission from the Administration of Sosua Ocean Village. A fine of $400 is charged by the SOV administration for any unauthorized drone use.

Note: Noise and drone rules are strictly monitored and enforced by SOV security, and they issue fines. Any fines incurred by violating any of the local rules will be passed on to you for payment.
