THE APARTMENT
The apartment features comfortable bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, linens, and towels, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout, and bright living spaces designed for a relaxing vacation.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and everything needed for preparing meals at home. High-speed private Wi-Fi and a Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other entertainment options are available.
A private washer and dryer provide additional convenience, particularly for longer stays.
HISPANIOLA BEACH
Hispaniola Beach combines an exceptional oceanfront location with privacy, security, and beautifully maintained surroundings. Elegant colonial-style architecture and gardens with tropical charm create a distinctive Caribbean atmosphere.
Guests have access to the oceanfront infinity pool, private beach access, sundeck with loungers and umbrellas, BBQ area, pool table, children’s playground, landscaped gardens, private parking, 24/7 security, and backup generator.
The property is also conveniently located just minutes from the restaurants, cafés, shops, supermarkets, and beaches of Sosúa.
WEEKLY MAID SERVICE
Free weekly maid service is included for stays of one week or longer.
The apartment is provided with spare sets of bed linens and towels, and guests have their own washer and dryer.
Laundry service is not included. Guests are responsible for washing any linens and towels they wish to have changed. During the scheduled weekly cleaning, if clean linens are available, the housekeeper will be happy to remake the beds and replace used towels with the provided clean sets.
ELECTRICITY
Electricity is not included in the rental rate and is billed separately according to actual consumption.

Our local team is available to assist throughout your stay and can help with airport transfers, excursions, restaurant recommendations, grocery assistance, and suggestions for exploring Sosúa and the North Coast.
