General Notes:

Cleaning: service every other day starting at 10:00 a.m. Let us know if you’d prefer to skip it on a particular day.

Pool: automated operation with a timer.

Safe: instructions for use available; lost keys cost RD$ 150.

Smoking policy: permitted only outdoors, using ashtrays.


Community Rules:

1. Speed limit: 30 km/h within Casa Linda.

2. Access: Roll down your windows when passing through security.

3. Parking: Use the assigned space.

4. Prohibited vehicles: Motorcycles are not permitted for tenants.

5. Visitors: Must be accompanied by the tenant.

6. Events and music: Require authorization; reasonable hours.

7. Noise: prohibited after 10:00 p.m. (weekdays) or 11:00 p.m. (weekends).

8. Drones, weapons, and drugs: strictly prohibited.
