“We had a lovely villa in a great location, 5 mins walking distance from restaurants and bars. Walking distance to beautiful coves and beaches, safe for children to play in 10/15 mins drive to Protaras where there is more night life and restaurants. Well recommend it and will definitely return ”

Extra touches like the wine & foods when we arrived were very kind. We loved the pool & garden area which has a lovely bbq and plenty of seating areas to just sit back & chill. “We stayed at Cape Serenity to celebrate my mother’s 80th birthday and had kids under 4, teens, 20’s,50’s and an 80 yr old. This was the perfect property for that. We had the young kids and their parents in the main house and the rest of us had our own suites in the 2nd building. It couldn’t have worked out better. We all had privacy when we needed it and used the fabulous pool area when we were all together. No one ever felt like anyone was “in their space”. The area by the pool was outstanding...

“As a family of four this Villa hit all of our buttons and did disappoint. It was the perfect size and had wonderful amenities that made our stay a wonderful experience. The place was very well maintained. The only negative would be finding the villa per the directions - they state it’s in Complex A but there’s no such thing as this and it’s actually Phase 1. But apart from that mishap we had a wonderful time and everything was close by in terms of beaches and restaurants.”

“This is a lovely home from home villa! Has everything you need for a lovely holiday. The pool is fantastic. The villa is well equipped, pleasantly decorated and clean. It’s also close to the best beaches in Protaras! The only thing that is a downside at the moment is that there is a lot of construction going on near the villa but it didn’t bother us because we were at the beach in the day and by the pool in the late afternoon/evening. We loved it!”

“Great villa , great location, lovley big villa loads of room , the only thing i would say is outside there is no grass area for kids to play which could lead to liitle avcidents if dall over buy the ppil, but dud not affect us as adults but exceptional villa”
