“The resort is beautiful, it feautures nice rooms in the midst of a wonderful tropical garden. The beach is also nice and we strongly recommend the mood sushi restaurant. However we were really disappointed with the service, which was generally cold. In particular there was a lady at the reception with curly hair and glasses who was hasty and quite arrogant. “Condition are really poor. Don’t look at the photos you are going to find yourself in a seventies concrete building. The room identified as garden view actually face the parking of the nearby resort which has a disco that do not let you sleep up to 1 o’clock in the morning. Swimming pool is very small and not for swimming”

“The young lady who checked us in was amazing and very kind and helpful. I did not get her name but she had short blond hair. She was great. There were also several other employees who went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. Chunalies greeted us with a warm smile and graciousness from our first encounter until we left. “Rooms are horrible tubs are chipping and I had the preferred club which means top shelf drinks . First let me start off saying the food was nasty as hell, in the morning for breakfast & lunch can’t enjoy your food. There are flies everywhere & birds disgusting . When you get up to get a drink you have to cover the plate with napkins. I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all . Food on the beach horrible frozen hamburger patties Frozen chicken wings .staff at the hotel definitely favor Caucasians...

Well situated on the island. The laundry service for towels in the bathroom receives a black point from us : in one week we received once towels with bloody marks and once towels with big holes. “Would not recommend if you’re accessible. There are no elevators, no body helps you with your luggage’s. The bar staff are very friendly. Reception is rude, and need to be trained properly as each person said something different. ”
