A minimum of 3 nights. The apartment is located in the GRAND LARGE residence, rated 3 stars. Facing the ocean, you will discover a panoramic view of the sea as well as the Aquitaine coast: Royan, La Palmyre, the Cordouan Lighthouse,... Ideal location 50 meters from the beach and 500 meters from the city center. The apartment, light and bright, will allow you to enjoy your holidays in Soulac-sur-Mer in all seasons.
The apartment has:
• a veranda with large windows that opens directly onto the sea and in which the dining area is located,
• a fully equipped open kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, fridge/freezer,...),
• a lounge from which you can admire the sea,
• an independent bedroom equipped with a 140cm bed and a large storage cupboard,
• a mezzanine fitted out (height 1.70m) as a second sleeping area (with a 140cm bed) or which can be used as a relaxation area,
• a bathroom with shower,
• an individual and secure garage space which can be accessed with the beeper _ a bicycle room.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of the residence, without elevator.
All reservations will be recorded by a reservation contract.
