This house comprises, on the ground floor, a living room/kitchen, a lounge with a foosball table, a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and en-suite shower room/WC, a separate WC, and a utility room (washing machine, tumble dryer, additional refrigerator). On the attic floor, you will find four bedrooms, two with three single beds (90cm) and two with a double bed (160cm), two bathrooms (one with a changing table and a baby bath), and a separate toilet. You will have a private terrace (garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers) and access to a shared 4000m² garden with a covered (4 x 8m) heated swimming pool, open from April to October, children's play area, pétanque court, and ping-pong table. There is parking for several cars on site, and bicycles can be stored in a shed (not lockable).
