“We had to stay one night in Ourzozate in our way to Marakech. Badr was the reception and he is nice and helpful in any ways. He did his best to make our stay great. The apartment is in great condition and a cafe next to it. We had dinner and breakfast over there. We enjoyed our meals. ”

“Quiet and near the beach. Breakfast looking after the beach because it is in the rooftop. Can cook if you want. The view is spectacular!”

“Accueil super sympa, personnel disponible, souriant et toujours au petit soin. Petite salle commune super cool avec tous ce qu’il faut pour passer de super moments de détente entre clients, ou/et avec l’équipe de l’appart/hôtel. A refaire.”

“la prestation proposée ne correspond pas à la réalité. L'état général de l'hotel est déplorable. Informations mensongères. Plage trés éloignée et difficile d'accès. L'appartement sale, état quasi insalubre, matériel inexistants : micro onde ? seche cheveux ? produits hygiène. Je déconseille fortement cet hotel piscine = sale catastrophe, à fuir de toute urgence”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”

“Cette établissement est une catastrophe général tellement de choses à dire qu'il faut un livre pour décrire l'état de cette hôtel, trop de vis caché. J'ai été obligé de leurs demander de changer les draps et couvre couette ainsi que les taies d'oreiller pas de chauffage il coupe l'eau chaude la nuit pas de télévision ni télécommande. Très salle. Attention le prix est basique le reste est en supplément. A éviter a 100000%”
