Vacances à Sousse

Grand appartement spacieux, très propre et bien équipé. Il est situé au milieu de tous les endroits sympas, Sousse d'un côté et Port Kantaoui de l'autre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et gentils.

Apartment was beautiful, very spacious, clean and well equipped. Expedia specified the apartment in sousse whereas it is actually located in hammam Sousse. The description of beach front is not true, however it it is a short walk away.

Ensemble satisfaisant

Les propriétaires sont adorables et toujours à l'écoute. Mis à part les environs qui ne sont pas top, j'ai juste un petit bémol sur la climatisation qui n'est pas dans tous l'appartement, il faudrait le préciser, pas assez puissante pour la surface du salon et qui dysfonctionne régulièrement. A part ça, c'est correct.

A Nice Space With Some Issues

We liked the location of the property near the beach and shops to purchase items. It is also a large space and the rooftop area is quite nice. The property was also very clean. We ran into a few issues during our stay that I think are worth mentioning. The property has three room based air conditioners. This means that two of the bedrooms have air conditioning but one does not. Additionally one of the air conditioners in a bedroom was not working during our stay. As such two of the three bedrooms were quite hot during our stay. The internet password we were sent via email was incorrect and we had to look at the wifi router to figure out what the actual password was. For both of the above our hosts were responsive in terms of communication but were unable to solve the air conditioning issue during our one night stay. We also ran into a couple of things that were suboptimal from our standpoint. 1. No towels were included at the property. Looking at the listing this was not listed as included, so probably an oversight on my part but we weren't ready for it. 2. The pillows were very hard. So much so that a number of us didn't use them. 3. The shower/bathtub listing is confusing. There is a single deep bathtub at the property, but there is no plug so you can't use it as a bathtub. The tub has a hand held shower wand which is the only available shower option and there is no shower curtain around the tub.

Never been in the place. On the day before check in; The owner never send a follow up email or instruction as was directed by the initial confirmation payment email that a follow up email or instruction will follow before check in day. I had no information where to go or who to meet locally or whom to contact locally. The contact number is in Paris.. The Communication was very poor and had to call long distance or when wi-fi is available to reach the contact person. I had to call Expedia and try to contact the contact person in Paris. Finally angrily the owner was told me that I have no reservation and he does not deal with Expedia. Called Expedia to inform them with our conversations and to cancel and get my refund for something that does not seem I am getting or exist. Then when i had wi-fi internet connection I found an email of the location and address at the same day of check in and after check in time. It was too late for us and made other plans. Note that the place is 2 hours away from where we landed and trying to arrange another transportation to take to Souse which I also cancelled. After this havoc tried to call the owner and was trying to compromise on half of the refund. I refused. Dishonest, irresponsible for his mistake and nonprofessional. Only book through hotels. I will never book private properties in Tunis.

Mein jährliches Urlaubs Domizil

Wir sind seit vielen Jahren und immer wieder Gäste in diesem Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin ist immer wieder unproblematisch und Probleme werden sofort gelöst. Die neue Hausdame, die ich dieses Jahr erst kennen gelernt habe (war 2020 und 2021 leider nicht in Sousse) sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Im Apartment selber hat sich auch einiges an der Inneneinrichtung in Positiver Hinsicht getan. Alles in Allem schön wie immer. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt liebe Ines, wir sehen uns Mitte September 2022 wieder. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Carsten Michaelis

Superbe appartements et super propriétaire

Nous avons put profiter d'un très agréable séjour en famille dans cette superbe maison les propriétaires sont très gentilles et très réactifs pour le moindre souci. Je recommande fortement. La localisation est idéale c'est le quartier touristique de sousse, la mer n'est pas loin et il y a toute les commodités à proximité.

Einfach nur Perfekt!

Das Objekt befindet sich in einer sehr guten Wohngegend! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, ohne jeden Straßenlärm. Und trotzdem nicht weit von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Der Haus-Zugang ist total Save gestaltet, die Wohnung durch gute Verschlüsse an allen Türen (auch an den beiden Balkonen) und an allen Fenstern absolut Einbruchsicher. Die Küche ist Top Ausgestattet und alles Funktionstüchtig. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad ebenfalls super ausgestattet. Das Wohnzimmer Riesengroß. Kurzum die komplette Wohnung war rund um Perfekt! Wenige meter entfernt ist alles notwendige und schöne zu finden: Großer Einkaufsladen, Geldwechsel, mehrere Cafes, Restaurants, Bar und auch ein kleiner 24h Shop. Wenn ich das nächste mal nach Sousse gehe, wird diese Wohnung wieder meine erste Wahl sein!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, gemühtlich und sehr nette haus Besitzern, die immer für uns da sind, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Putzmittel, decken überzug und div. Kleinigkeiten hat es gefällt. Aber wir waren trotzdem zufrieden.

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement est très bien situé, proche de la plage. L'appartement offre tout le confort nécessaire. Sabiha est une hôte très arrangeante, qui a su s'adapter selon les situations (retard de vol). Je tiens à signaler la superbe connexion internet. un maison très confortable avec un excellent emplacement

j'ai passé un excellent séjour avec ma famille, il ya tout dans la cuisine, l'emplacement de la maison est magnifique très proche de la mer, on a passé des beaux moments au kantaoui il ya plein des cafés et des restaurants ainsi que les espaces familiaux. merci pour le bon accueille, à la prochaine.

Thanks soo much for making us feel soo welcome.The owner always ready to help,and give advise.Appartment very compact but offers everything we needed.We where travelling with two boys 4,5 and 1,5 soo all together 4 people.Close to the beach ,shops,restaurants.We had amaizing time.I will recommend to friend and if we come back to Tunisia we will definitely stay there again . definitely

My best holiday in Soussa

It was such great place to stay in, Ines place is wonderful and it exactly as the pictures, the apartment is in the heart of the sousse where almost everything is walking distance. New building, looking very good, Even though i didn't meet Ines but she was very helpful and understanding for misunderstanding from my side on the booking. Truly lovely place to stay in and totally recommend it.

Als wir ankamen, würden wir sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gross, für mich meinen Mann und 3 Kinder ausreichend. Die Ausstattung war in allen Zimmern, Bad und Küche perfekt. Konnte gleich loslegen und kochen..3 kleine super Märkte sind um die Ecke. Mein nächster Urlaub wird in der gleichen Ferienwohnung sein. Vielen Danke Gruss N.A.

Formidable et fonctionnel

Nous avons passe un séjour formidable dans l'appartement d’Inès, très propre dispose d'une connexion internet d'une fonctionnalité étonnante, vous avez tout pour cuisiner. à deux pas de la plage et de nombreux commerces et restaurants, La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de besoin et soucieuse du bien être des locataires. je reviendrai :)
