Le Gemmeur - SOUSTONS

Here you are in the countryside, the very pleasant neighborhood of Soustons, nestled between forest and fields. The Gemmeur cottage is the first cottage we created. By restoring it, we wanted to restore its character of a beautiful Landes house. We await you at our former farmhouse, for a stay during which we will be happy to guide you in your discovery of the Landes. Of course, once you're with us, it would be a shame not to enjoy the ocean... Independent cottage comprising: a kitchen a living room a bathroom a separate toilet 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 1 single bed in one, 1 double bed + 1 baby bed in the other) and a mezzanine (1 single bed). For your comfort, the cottage is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, laptop, freezer, microwave, flat-screen TV, wood-burning stove, and electric heating. (1st cubic meter of firewood free in low season.) A private, enclosed plot features a covered terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a courtyard, a swing, and a bowling alley. Gîte on a former farm. The nearest neighbor is 30 meters away.
