“Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available.

“The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere.
Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing.
I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible ”
