Even though it is in a 4 unit building we never heard our neighbors unless we were all on the outside patio at the same time. The views and access to the beach were incredible! If it is not foggy, the sunset is spectacular and we watched gray whales right off the beach. The location is just minutes from Yachats or Waldport, which both have amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. It was not a chore to run out...
