“Unfortunately we had a pretty bad experience at this hotel. We were given an occupied room at 10:30 PM. I flung the door open with my two children in tow. This put us in a very uncomfortable and potentially dangerous situation. I approached the lady at the front desk about it and it felt like she was shifting blame on the “system” rather than giving us the wrong room. To make things right she gave us a different room and “free breakfast”. The room we were given only had one set of clean towels....

“Già al tuo arrivo nella hall ti sembra di entrare in un albergo di grado molto superiore: l’arredamento raffinato, i grandi spazi, la doppia presenza alla reception. La camera, frutto di un upgrade proposto da loro via e-mail , era ampia, arredata in modo elegante con salotto e cucina dotata di frigo grande. “I saw someone doing a hand to hand drug exchange in the parking lot, the trash was built up next to the trashcan in the hall way for 2 days the small was awful it overpowered the air freshener and the homeless in the parkinglot had me worried about my car being broken into never again for an extended stay they need security roaming the parkinglot.”

“This is a Truck Stop. I just want people to know that this property is such a great find but it's a Truck Stop. I read the 10 most recent reviews and all were raves. So I booked the room. I was surprised to pull up to the Jubitz Truck Stop. I went back and it was review #15 that actually mentioned it was a truck stop.
This property is a find and a bargain at that. Great restaurant options on site. The view is nothing to write home about but if you're just sleeping there then it doesn't really...

“The motel was excellent. But I will not do business with Expedia ever again. I understand, now, this is how you operate but it was not obvious that I rented something where you were able to charge my account and it cleared my bank several days BEFORE we ever even got there. Your policies are devious and I will spread the word. Buyer beware. Shame on you.”
