“The stay was great and the staff were absolutely amazing and helpful. I did not like how we had to switch rooms due the carpets being re done and then getting transferred into a room over looking a parking lot instead of the beautiful river, which would have been nice giving that was my first rooms view and they couldn't make an expectation for me. moving almost an entire weeks worth of stuff to another floor. The room we got transferred to was a little bit to messy from stains on the wall and...

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“I had a good experience. The staff, so nice! They made sure you were taken care of or needed anything, to let them know. No complaints there. Breakfast was not bad at all. Everything was fresh and staff made sure there was enough to accommodate everyone. 😊 The pool area was nice, I wish it was just a little warmer in there but I'm anemic, so I'm always cold. Lolbvs Room was nice, clean and comfortable! I really have no complaints. I would stay there again.💯”
