“Only complaint would be pillows, for me, flat firm pillows dont work. Staff is the best! They were always Super helpful. Location is good...close to the Barbican, aquarium, and waterfront. Room was very clean, well appointed and had great black-out drapes.”

“What a lovely place and very wonderful view. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality is overwhelming. We were a family of four from London and the room was spacious and comfortable. “Très bonne prise en charge dès l'arrivée au parking. Arrivée sur l'île en "sea tractor" (j'en rêvais). Excellent accueil à l'hôtel. La décoration et le mobilier Art Déco des chambres et des parties communes sont superbes. Très belle vue. La chambre était spacieuse avec un petit balcon. Lit immense très confortable. La salle de bain était bien mais petite. Comme il n'y avait pas de paroi de douche, même en faisant très attention, tout était inondé y compris l'accès aux toilettes. Excellent diner...

“Lovely setting and views from the hotel public areas and our room. Quiet and peaceful. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Room spacious , clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self serve offering a good choice of hot & continental. Swimming pool was closed whilst we were there unfortunately but hot tub jacuzzi and sauna were open and available along with other Spa facilities. Would definitely stay again.”
