“We had a very nice stay. The lobby area is large and has a lot of chairs, so it's a nice area to sit in and relax. They even have some games, like a pool table and a big Connect4 game for kids. We also really liked their breakfast. They had a good variety of food, and it was better quality than most hotel breakfasts I've had.
The only drawback was our room setup. Although the room was called a "suite," it wasn't what I would consider a true hotel suite in terms of having two separate rooms...

“I would like to give a big thank you to Jess and another lady, we didn’t get her name. The 7-3, 3-11 shift. Jess and co-front desk agent were very helpful and gave a lot of great advice for sight seeing. Jess informed us on how to have a better experience at the zoo. Thank you for making our stay more organized and less stressful. The room was clean, the air conditioner work great, the fridge also worked+++. The shower head could use a good cleaning (hint). The toilet was loud but manageable...

“Upon arriving around 4:45pm, they were still actively cleaning the rooms we were assigned(requested adjourning rooms). We waited roughly 30 minutes before we could get into our rooms. Once in the rooms, the floors weren’t swept the best and sheets smelled cleaned, but had some stains and there was a dark, coarse hair on one bed. I called and talked to the front desk and they sent the cleaning ladies up and they promptly got new sheets for the beds. The pool was okay. Breakfast the next morning...
