“Breakfast was fine ”

“The hotel room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. A decent breakfast was included with a large variety. Our party of four had two rooms on the third floor, a few rooms down from each other. Our only complaint was the noise from the above rooms on the fourth floor. There is basically no insulation or noise barrier in the ceilings. Anytime anyone walked or made any noise above us on the fourth floor, we could hear it. It was loud and didn't provide a lot of sleep for any of us. I recommend...

“The hotel is very updated and comfortable. The pool is very family friendly and the rooms are all updated and inviting. This is probably the nicest Mariott property I've ever stayed at. If I return to Cleveland I definitely want to stay here again. Bathrooms are great and the glass doors are a plus. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel even has a nice smell throughout it. ”

“Linens were not up to par. Had alot of crumbs on them. Markings on furniture. Towels were dingy and out of date and staff didn’t have any extra towels for us. First night our door handle broke and we couldn’t get in our room without maintenance fixing it. But it’s close to my job so the area was very convenient. ”
