“It was a very clean and well run facility.”

“Room was very clean, staff were a delight, breakfast tasted alright but it seems they were short staffed those days. Haven’t tried the hot tub or swimming pool, but they looked great. Probably would have used them if I stayed for a longer period of time.”

“We rented the suite which was nice and big! I look for a couple things when booking a hotel, area obviously, comfy beds and a good shower. The beds were nice and soft, and the shower head was amazing!! Sometimes they almost spray your skin off or it barely rinses you off. This one was stellar. The hotel is next to a closed bahama breeze so it’s not overly pretty but the shopping plaza (Pinecrest) is lovely and walking distance. The kitchen social is a great place to eat. The breakfast was yummy!...

“Pool schedule is 9:30am to 9pm, I think the opening hours should be longer. I chose this hotel over another one across the street just because of the hot tub, but it was closed for maintenance. They should give advance notice about that. Nice personal and clean rooms and areas”

“I've stayed at this hotel a couple of times before and loved it. But this time I had A LOT of problems. 1. There was a party letting out from the party room, children were running around loudly. A group of people were standing out front laughing and talking loudly. Mind you I checked in at 1am. 2. I check in and I'm told about a $100 per night fee. I've been to hotels with a $100 deposit during your stay, not each night. The front desk said the money goes right back on after I check out. I...

“We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups.
