Chalet a South Chennai

“Nice hotel in Chennai. Suggested”

“camera pulita, silenzioso, staff accogliente”

“Albergo eccellente, colazione ricchissima sia locale che continentale. camere spaziosa e letto comodissimo. peccato che ho soggiornato solo una notte, ci ritornerei volentieri. ”

“Have stayed here several times and always enjoyed it.”

“Tutto ottimo”

“Towels and blankets in the room were very limited. We booked an appointment with the onsite spa which was very delayed and kept us waiting for 45 minutes.”

“So far the best hotel I tried in Chennai. Great service, clean rooms, good gym, beautiful rooftop, close to the airport. Definitly it's a recommendable place”

“Buona struttura, soprattutto molto pulita”

“I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel. I had arranged in advance for a taxi pickup at night from the airport and to my surprise—and complete dismay—no one showed up. This is something I’ve never experienced before in all my years of traveling and booking airport transfers through hotels. At that hour, when options are limited and you rely on the hotel’s promise, this level of negligence is simply unacceptable.”

“Nice location in Chennai. Staff are very attentive and helpful. I saw the staff helping a guest pack an art item for shipment! The hotel is near the Phoenix mall which has many shops and restaurants.”

“Good place to stay!”

“Stay away from this place.. rooms not clean. Pickup drop off were not on time. Breakfast not good. Staff not very friendly.”
