“We stayed here for a perfect fall getaway. A little hard to find in the dark, so I'd recommend getting there before dark. Other than that it was in a peaceful setting, quiet out of the way place we'd definitely stay at again. ”

“We all loved our stay. The trails, river, birds, scenery, and sauna were amazing. We enjoyed using the tram as well. The outdoor kitchen is pretty well stocked with basic needs. Perfect place to escape life in! We will be back.”

“Let’s start with finding out after we completed check in that the elevator was not operating and our room was on the second floor. Stairwell was filthy. The stairs had something sticky on them. The swimming pool was closed. The side entrance sidewalk had been torn out and replaced with stones, very hard to roll a suitcase over. The breakfast was disappointing. The cinnamon rolls were dried out, the oatmeal was almost a solid clump. Husband said sausage and potatoes were cold and dried out.”

“A very cute apartment. Susan, our host was friendly, very helpful and easy to communicate with. They were kind to supply us with coffee and breakfast items and fresh eggs from their chickens!”

“This lovely little cabin was so much more than we expected. It’s a small footprint, but efficiently laid out with plenty of space for everyone to relax. It was clean and comfortable and the manager was easy to contact. The little touches like locally made soaps and fully stocked kitchen (even the stuff to make s’mores) was the gold standard for rentals. We were not there very long, but did get to walk to the creek and spend a little time by the small pond listening to the tree frogs. One thing...

“Amazing privacy. Gorgeous riverside view. Beautiful trails. Lovely fragrant soaps, shampoos and lotions. Warm and cozy on a cold November night. Had scrambled eggs on the beautiful refurbished antique stove. A joy to use! Lovely details of magazines, books, binoculars, games, lovely coffee mugs, French Press setup, great cooking utensils and pots and pans. Truly memorable! Hope to be back for sure!!!”
