“The inn was marvelous. The inn keeper and her husband the maintenance man were charming and responsive to our needs and kept the place immaculate. The restaurant was dissapointing. Service was terrible, eggs were over cooked. Toast was slathered in butter (I think it was butter). No salt, pepper or any other condiments were on the table and the waitress was no where to be found so we ate the meal as it was getting cold. We did not go back the next day”

“Nice location. We had a nice room with porch. It was separated from the main building but it was just in front of it. Porch was not very clean as the outside of the main bldg but our room was very comfortable and we used the fireplace. Breakfast is super.”

Sporca anche la moquette nelle parti comuni (nei tre giorni in cui eravamo lì, per certo, non è mai stato passato un'aspirapolvere, per terra c'era di tutto: intonaco, spille da balia, gamberi...). Avevamo chiesto un lettino per nostra figlia e un mini frigo in camera (per il latte). All'arrivo non c'era niente. Il letto ci è stato comunque subito procurato (questo per fortuna aveva...

“We loved staying at Hotel Coolidge-family of 4, 2 young children. We went in with the knowledge this is an old hotel, with original features and did not expect fancy, updated hotel. The staff was so nice and accommodating, surround area nice with several great places to eat. Our only complaint, and not so much a complaint but a thing we would prefer is just some room darkening curtains. It was very bright all night and disturbed sleep. Would stay here again and just bring some sleep masks! ”
