Quiet neighborhood, great for kids, 4 miles from Corporation beach!

Our adorable ranch sits on a corner lot with large privacy bushes. We have lots of indoor and outdoor games - quiet neighborhood for kids to play and ride bikes. There is a spacious deck with a picnic table and grill. Renovated kitchen, central air, washer & dryer and wireless internet.
*Please note, we do not provide sheets or towels at this home.

We stayed at the cape cod house for 4 nights. The house was very charming and clean inside. The kitchen was spacious and has a coffee maker, electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with plenty of space. The bedroom was nice and had closet space for clothes and pillows provided. Outside deck and table were nice for having lunch.

The house was very clean and cute in a quiet neighborhood There were cameras outside pointed at the house and that was a little creepy to see. I understand the owners need to keep an eye on their property but it felt instrusive and uncomfortable and wish the owners would have informed you beforehand

Great home base for a Cape visit!

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood, but still within a 10 minute drive of the north side Dennis beaches and 15 minutes to the south side beaches. Tons of toys and kids games to be entertained around the house. Well stocked kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, utensils. The A/C is a nice plus to cool off after a long day at the beach. The owner was very responsive to the few questions I had before and during our stay.

Clean, comfortable, close to restaurants and beaches. They don’t supply sheets for beds, which is inconvenient and would not be that hard to do.

Great Family Spot

We came for a weekend trip to the Cape and this house did not disappoint. The house is fully stocked and one of the cleanest vrbo’s I’ve ever stayed in. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect Getaway

what a perfect property. EXTREMELY clean, everything you need to enjoy the house, the outdoor shower was refreshing on a cool night, very simple house for a place to rest your head while you enjoy the cape. Owners were very responsive to pre-arrival inquiries, check in was easy and all information was accurate as depicted. Excellent value for the area.

Perfect for a Small Family

My wife and I stayed for a week with two small children. It was perfect for us. It had everything we needed, and the central air made a real difference during some muggy days. Kids enjoyed the board games, and the kitchen is good-sized given the overall size of the house. I would definitely recommend it.

This property was perfect for our Cape Cod vacation! The owners were communicative and made our last minute booking a breeze. The house was well maintained and had all the charm you’d expect from a Cape Cod rental. The proximity to family friendly beaches and dining options was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Cape Cod!

Exactly as listed!

In a quiet neighborhood with plenty of space for our family of four. The outdoor shower was a hit with the kids and helped us all get ready in half the time. The games inside and out provided endless entertainment for a comfortable, relaxing stay. Conveniently located, most of our favorite places were a quick 15-20minute drive.

Perfect house for family

My family of 4 (two small kids) had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect location being near Mayflower and Corporation Beaches, and in a quiet neighborhood. Outdoor shower was a huge hit. Just a heads up there’s no dishwasher but we had no problem using paper plates most of the time!

We had such a lovely time at this adorable home! We especially enjoyed the number of outdoor games available and had a great time grilling and making smore's at the fire pit. Would highly recommend!

Great Location

The house was as pictured/described in the listing. Great location just a short drive to all Dennis beaches. Central AC was amazing and kept us quite comfortable. Outdoor space was also plentiful. The house had everything we needed and I would definitely stay again.

Great place

This house and location was perfect for our needs. We loved that the neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and walkable. We took some of the restaurant recommendations provided by the owner and had great meals at Sea Dog Brew Pub and Royal II. Highly recommend if you are low-key like us. We drove to other parts of the Cape for daily excursions and the central location of this house made it feel like you weren’t driving all day. Also, I reached out to the owner for one minor question on our first day there and she was quick to respond- a plus in my book.
