“The facility is not as advertised. The room was tiny and felt more like a dorm room. Plain white walls, a high window with a large noisy air conditioning unit in front of it, a bed that needs replacing as it dipped badly into the middle. No bedside table on one side as no space for it. The halls and facility are a labyrinth, very hard to find your way around, lots of walking with heavy luggage to get from the lobby to the room. “Siamo tornati in questo hotel visto che era in strada per andare a Toronto, c'eravamo già stati all'andata verso Quebec City. La struttura è carina, in un quartiere tranquillissimo e silenzioso. All'arrivo la camera assegnata aveva un cattivo odore pertanto lo abbiamo segnalato subito e ci hanno immediatamente dato una nuova stanza scusandosi cento volte per l'accaduto. “everything was great. the room was. clean and the breakfast was great. parking was very accommodating.”

“The lady at the breakfast was great but unfortunately there was no batter for the waffles. I guess someone forgot to order or cutting down on expenses. The pool wasn't open as scheduled so we had to wait until someone arrived for their work shift and there was a lack of towels”
