“Everything was perfect at this condo! It was clean well appointed and the location was within a walking distance to downtown and to the beach. We were coming from out of state for a wedding so we didn't travel with beach chairs towels which they had at the condo and appreciated the beach and the 80 degree weather that we brought for the weekend! Spectacular!”

“We wanted something that was walking distance to downtown and the lake. This property gave both. We were able to walk to different parts of the lake from this property and easy walking to the main downtown/ Martine Museum. There is a full kitchen with most supplies. The layout of the place was nice as well. The bridge that goes over the Black River is right outside and it didn’t affect our sleeping. I even brought ear plugs just incase and never used them. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay....

“I think a lot of the negative reviews are unwarranted. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 6 of us (plus dogs). The house is old and you need to use the window AC units, but it was fine and stayed cool all day. The prices are 1/2 that of other properties in the area. The house is a few minutes away from the beach. It is a duplex, but we never had an issue with the neighbors. The only bathroom is on the top level and up a flight of steep steps. “The condo was well maintained with all of the necessary amenities. The location was ideal, as it was walking distance to downtown (maybe a 10 minute walk), but also right on the beach. It's close enough that you can hear the waves at night from the master bedroom. We ended up on the deck watching the sunset each evening and it was perfect.”

“Had a great stay. Downtown location is right above the shops and in the middle of the main shopping area of South Haven. Everything was within walking distance, parking was ample and free. We caught a sunset at the beach from the lighthouse one evening and were also able to get to Holland and St. Joseph with a short drive. The condo was well-appointed and well-furnished.
