Beautiful House/Close 2 Lake/Beachfront Access/Great for Families/Outdoor Space

Welcome to our beautiful, brand-new home in South Haven, Michigan, finished in June 2023. This spacious 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway just minutes from downtown South Haven and only steps from Lake Michigan. With private beach access, it’s ideal for making memories by the water while enjoying the peaceful charm of this quiet, rural neighborhood.

The house is designed with families in mind. On the main floor, you'll find a master suite with a king-sized bed and private bathroom, two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds, and a shared bathroom. The living room is cozy and equipped with streaming services and board games, making it a great spot for everyone to gather. The kitchen and dining area come fully stocked with all the modern amenities, so you can enjoy home-cooked meals during your stay.

Upstairs, there’s a second living room that's perfect for kids or as an extra private space. Two more bedrooms are up here, each with a full and twin bed, plus there’s a queen pull-out couch for additional sleeping options. A full bathroom and a DVD player with over 100 DVDs make this space a fun hangout for the family.

Outdoor space is one of the best features of this home. You can relax on the large front deck, spend time around the backyard fire pit (with complimentary wood), or enjoy meals in the screened-in patio right off the kitchen. The backyard has plenty of space for outdoor games, and there’s a brand-new gas grill for those summer BBQs.

Our house is the third one from Lake Michigan, and we provide access to a small, private beach via stairs or a tram. We’ll provide you with the gate code for the stairs and a key for the tram, making it easy to enjoy the beach even with all your gear. There is a beautiful, brand-new path along the bluff that leads to the entrance of the stairs/tram providing stunning views and peaceful setting but we do provide an electric golf cart for easy access. Watching the sunset from the bluff is a must-do, and we provide beach and bag chairs for you to take along and relax.

We know how important it is to have all the little things covered, so we provide essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher soap, and more. There is reliable WiFi to keep you connected, and we have TVs in both living rooms. We’ve also stocked the house with fun extras like board games, spikeball, cornhole, beach chairs, a YETI cooler, and a variety of other amenities.

Parking is a breeze with a long driveway that fits up to four cars. The house is equipped with central air conditioning and heat to keep you comfortable no matter the season, and we also provide a washer, dryer, iron, and steamer for your convenience.

When you’re ready to explore, downtown South Haven is just an 8-minute drive away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and both North and South Beach. Saugatuck-Douglas is only 15 minutes away, and you can visit downtown Holland in about 30 minutes. For everyday necessities, Walmart, Meijer, and more are just 8 minutes from the house.

There are plenty of activities nearby, from fishing and watersports to hiking, shopping, golfing, wineries, and even skiing and snowboarding in the winter months. You’ll be close to everything while enjoying a peaceful retreat by the lake.

Please note, we do not allow pets or parties at our home, as we are in a quiet neighborhood with noise restrictions after 10pm. We ask all guests to be respectful of our peaceful surroundings.
