A tre isolati da South Beach e Kids Corner

La Indiana School sarà la tua base per il divertimento in famiglia. La scuola si trova a 2 isolati dal parco Kids Corner, a 3 isolati dalle scale blu che portano a South Beach e a 7 isolati dai ristoranti del centro e dai negozi. La scuola superiore ha 3 camere da letto a tema e 2 bagni e può ospitare comodamente 10 persone. La grande e imponente sala offre molto spazio per le famiglie per diffondere e giocare a calcio balilla. Il Media Center ha spazio per guardare la TV e giocare. Il grande cortile offre alla tua famiglia più tempo per giocare al sole. Una griglia di propano e un pozzo del fuoco con posti a sedere è disponibile per il vostro uso. C'è un sacco di parcheggio nella proprietà.

Per le famiglie numerose, questa unità può essere combinata con la scuola inferiore per altre 4 camere da letto, 3 bagni, sala TV e un'altra grande sala con tavolo da biliardo. Affitta l'intera casa per una settimana che la tua famiglia non dimenticherà mai. Vedi VRBO n. 858557.

Costruito nel 1898, la Indiana School ha funzionato come scuola elementare fino al 2005. La scuola è stata sottoposta a un ampio intervento di ristrutturazione nel 2006. Aggiornamenti, pittura e tutti i nuovi arredi sono stati fatti nel 2016. Molte delle finiture originali sono state conservate tra cui lavagne in gesso, porte di poppa, pannelli in legno e armadi per insegnanti. La Indiana School è stata designata come sito storico dallo Stato del Michigan. La scuola è davvero una casa unica.

Amazing huge place with lots of charm and character and amenities inside and out. As others mentioned in their reviews, be prepared to climb 34 steps to the Upper School unit… it’s good exercise if you can manage it.

This was our second time at the school house, and it was as enjoyable as the first time. We even had a chance to meet Jennifer and have a few nice chats with Kirk. They made us feel welcomed and free to navigate the property as needed. Looking forward to spending time there again.

Would definitely recommend! Beautiful historic space with LOTS of room for everyone. The kitchen was completely stocked with all the things, parking was more than ample, house was quiet and very well maintained. Jennifer was always available if we had needed anything. We had a lovely stay!

Great place. Has everything. Huge rooms. Easy check in and out. Just a few block walk to the beach or to town. Cool setup being an old schoolhouse.Note, the walk up to the second floor unit is a decent amount of steps. We did not mind and was not an issue, but just an FYI in case steps are a problem for you.

Schoolhouse rocks

What a unique place to stay! It has so much room to spread out and has all the creature comforts of home. All the sweet touches like colored chalk for the boards and original coatroom hooks make this a special place.

Another Great Stay

Friends and I love staying at the Indiana School and this new stay was terrific. The “School” is always spotless, has well stocked kitchen, comfy chairs & coach, games, off street parking, garage space, etc. Plenty of space for us to gather AND space for solo time. It’s so easy to walk to the beach and quick drive to area orchards and other venues. Access information was clear and check-out tasks were few and easy.

End of summer getaway for our family

Our family had a wonderful stay at this amazing property. The schoolhouse was not only unique, it was furnished and decorated beautifully. Our granddaughter absolutely loved the chalkboards and all the games. We also appreciated the big gathering rooms so we could all hang out together. This property also has very nice amenities - everything you’d need to make your stay feel like home. We would definitely book again when staying in South Haven. Location was perfect to the beach or to downtown. Thanks for wonderful memories!

Great Stay in South Haven!

We absolutely loved our week in South Haven and our stay at the school. The unit was clean and so spacious - our kids loved the chalkboards, the foosball table and the bunk beds. Location was fantastic - we loaded up a wagon for the few block walk to the beach, and walked into the cute downtown for dinner and ice cream every night. Bowling on a rainy day and Lake Arvesta water park were fun outings - but we mainly just soaked in the beach and gorgeous sunsets! Owners were helpful with questions ahead of time and so kind and friendly when we happened to meet them on-site. A great week - already planning our return trip!

Family VACAY to South Haven

The accommodations at the Indiana school were perfect. This is our 3rd stay and each trip has been better and better. It was spacious, clean, comfortable with an excellent location. It is within walking distance to the beach and downtown. There is a 2 car garage for our cars and bikes, and a lovely outdoor area with lawn for the kids to play in, a beautiful garden, large outdoor eating area, gas grills and fire pits. I would recommend the Indiana School to everyone and hope we can visit again.

Love the School House

This was our third stay at the School House and it was just as great as our first. Such a fun and unique place. Great location, always very clean, and room for everyone to have their own space (we had 8 adults and 9 kids and reserved both units).

Excellent Rental in South Haven for Families

We have stayed in the Schoolhouse several times, but always in the lower unit. This year we had extended family join us and rented both units, which worked out perfectly! The upper unit was just as wonderful as the lower one, and we enjoyed our stay as always. The location is perfect, being able to walk to the beach, the park, and downtown with small children is ideal for our family. The rental is equiped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The Schoolhouse is hands down our favorite rental in South Haven!

By far the best rental available in South Haven/South Beach, with the flexibility to easily handle a variety of family sizes. Great owners that had the home fully stocked and with bonus amenities, easy check in/check out process, and phenomenal communication throughout. Truly the crown jewel of a memorable vacation!!

South Haven 2024 Vacation

This is a wonderful property. Great space, good location and responsive property managers. It is about a 5 block walk to the South Beach. Very doable. Take note: there are lots of stairs to enter. Good exercise but a little hard for those older. Lots of open space indoors. Outdoors was limited on the property but that was completely ok. The kids and grownups loved the chalkboards throughout the property! Great memories were made here.
