Enjoy a well-deserved retreat to this beautiful LAKE ESCAPE cottage located 5 blocks to Lake Michigan with Blue Stairs beach access. Walking distance, a short drive, or rent a scooter/golf cart to the shops, restaurants, breweries, farmers market, pier, lighthouse, and the Black River with the incredible boat, dinghy, yacht traffic.

Come back home to relax on a very spacious front porch before you join others to walk to the Blue Stairs bluff for sunset. Enjoy the fire pit in the backyard, a private dining area in the enclosed backyard, or your favorite drink on the front porch again!! This home also offers parking in the 2 car garage, a perennial garden surrounding the house, a master bedroom on the main floor with a step-in shower, dining options inside or the backyard or on the front porch. Did we mention the front porch enough?

**For the 2024 rental season, this home has been updated with all new beds upstairs, new comforters and pillows, a Graco Pack N Play, a Fisher Price Deluxe Booster Chair (with straps and a removable tray), a BabyTrend Expedition XL Jogger Stroller, and a Jeep Stroller with cup holders, tray, and shade cover.

Great place!

Beautiful home! Comfortable beds. Close to downtown and water. Home was clean. Communication with property manager was easy, and prompt. Very pleasant! Would stay again!

Family South Haven Stay

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful home. It was clean, inviting, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. The location was amazing. We could walk downtown and to the beach. Our only suggestion is to replace the mattresses in both bedrooms upstairs. They were not that comfortable. Sagged to the middle. We would highly recommend this home and would love to return. Thank you.

Wonderful

House was clean, new, and perfect for our family. There were more "extras" such as camping chairs, boogie boards, plastic baby pool, chalk, etc. that was a great unexpected addition. Only suggestion would be to add dressers to the upstairs bedrooms. We made due with the tables and plenty of space provided, but actual dressers would have been helpful. The house was a great location to drive to downtown in 2 minutes and the beach in less than 5. Close enough to walk to both places as well. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thank you!
