If you're looking for the perfect getaway for the whole group, then look no further than this expansive, family-friendly South Haven home, located just six miles north of downtown South Haven and 13 miles south of Saugatuck. A drive through the wooded wetlands followed by a beautiful view of Lake Michigan is only the beginning of your adventures at this amazing property.

Surrounded by the lush greenery of a two-and-a-half-acre wooded lot right off the shores of Lake Michigan, this wonderful, almost 3,000-square-foot home is the ideal getaway for a large family or travel group. No matter the season, this property offers spectacular views of both Lake Michigan and all the surrounding nature! Bright and modern, the design of the luxurious living area offers a gas fireplace and plenty of places for your group to sit and visit. The chef of the group will enjoy the well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances and a dining table with additional counter stools located at the kitchen island. A gazebo with a four-seat high-top table is located off the kitchen for eating and socializing as well. Move things outside to a spacious deck for outdoor seating, a gas grill, picnic table, and two firepits encircled by Adirondack chairs to lounge on as you bask in the gentle breeze.

Grab a book or your laptop using the free fast WiFi and find a quiet space either inside or outside in one of the many private nooks. If you're feeling productive and wish to catch up on remote work, make use of the first-floor office. Amenities such as a standing desk, a monitor, and a docking station are available to meet your needs.

The finished basement offers a wet bar, a game table, a PlayStation 5 console (complete with preloaded games), a full bathroom, a laundry room, a bedroom (with a queen and full bed), and a living area with a large TV. This area offers the perfect private living space after a long day of activities.

For something more active, take things to the private sports court which is suitable for pickleball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, and basketball, or take the path on the southwest side of the property to the stairs that lead to the beach! Additional activities like disc golf and bags are also available, meaning you'll always have something fun to do, inside the home and out. When it's time to turn in for the night, rest easy on the Beautyrest beds in each of the five bedrooms, complete with TVs for your enjoyment.

Whole-home water filtration and air purification systems, as well as a salt-free water softener give this home an added touch of luxury.

THINGS TO KNOW
The lake cannot be accessed from this property. A common pathway to view the lake up close is available along the southwest side of the home. A breathtaking view of the lake can also be enjoyed from the front porch, as well as from many rooms in the home. The beautiful lake is the first thing you see upon entering the home.
Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
