“The moment we entered the room we were amazed to see the beautiful view. The room was clean and well maintained. The owner was very friendly which made our check in and check out very easy. 100% recommended”

“The property has three buildings and we were in the Hilltop. The room was large, but the bathroom had a pedestal sink and therefore no counter space. There were two shelves, which helped but it’s not the same. Our view was of the parking lot which meant we had zero privacy with the curtains open. And the blackout curtain wouldn’t stay shut without pushing the armchair in front of it. The armchair itself was nice, but stained, so not nice. The beds were comfortable and the fireplace was nice and...

“Great little hotel, very well kept, with just the right touch of antique furniture. The rooms are super cosy and the dining/living room is very nice with a beautiful view. The 7-course dinner was outstanding and came with well-paired wine recommendations. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Overall, pretty much the best hotel experience we head during our two-week tour through Nova Scotia.”

“The Telegraph House is an older with history. It has been taken care by 4 generations of Dunlop's. The staff is very nice and helpful and the room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. It's very well situated, walking distance from every restaurants, shops and pharmacy.”
