“The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The property is clean. The downfall is that clean came at an expense- the cleaning agents left a very strong and overwhelming smell. The windows don’t open so I felt trapped in a toxic environment.”

“Bed and bathroom were clean - I'm thankful for that. Floor was dirty, but I wear shoes so I dealt with that. But the property could've been safer. The windows in my first floor room opened and would not lock, so I had to sleep unprotected right next to the parking lot with all the construction trucks. I asked the front desk clerk who said they 'shouldn't open', but I had already slid them open myself. I'm a female traveling alone and shouldn't have been placed in the first room next to the side...
