and 2 bathroom with a full kitchen, dining room and

house has a convenient location Walking distance
from the Cinemark movie Theater, The District,
Daybreak and close to Costco, Walmart and many
other shopping areas.

Fabulous place for a family

This is such a fun property, and there is lots of room! The theatre room and big kitchen made it so easy to relax. The rooms were huge, and the bathrooms were so nice. I'll plan to stay there again.

Clean, Spacious & Falsly Advertized for Numbers

Hosts were kind, and lived in the home upstairs. This made for lots of noise, could hear voices, every footstep and the little dog. Unit was very spacious and pretty clean. Furnishings and linens were tasteful. The reclining sofa gave us a little trouble - not hooked up or plugged in. Hosts were quick to respond when I inquired. Unit was listed as sleeping 5 persons which I booked for expecting one of the 3 sofas to be a sleeper; nope. When I inquired I was informed the unit was only for 4 max as there were only 2 bedrooms with beds. Host said she needed to fix the listing.The key to the slider door was in a lock box attached to the iron railing above the pool's retaining wall. When opened, the key slipped out and fell behind the wall. It was dark and cold, but after removing a few bricks we were able to find the key. BEWARE! Found out the hard way the fridge is missing two glass shelves and the washing machine was broken. After being up all night trying to reset the washer, the host offered to take our laundry to her other rental to wash, but there were other renters there. We checked out with a bag full of wet laundry, NOT the way we hoped to end our trip. It snowed, our walkway and several stairs to the backyard were slick. The host’s deck overhead was left un-shoveled as well, it dripped heavily on us at every passing. UNIT NEEDS: snow shovel, working washer, fridge shelves replaced, new location for lock box, rubber spatula, hot pads, accurate listing for 4 persons only

Wonderful Home

We loved our week stay at this beautiful property. Great location, with lots of shopping near by. We loved the theater room and spent lots of time in there.

Ski vacation

We stayed for 6 nights. Property was very nice. We had a private entrance and the unit was easy to get to. The Property was close to I -15 so you were able to get to all ski resorts with ease. The unit had a full kitchen 2 bedrooms /2 bathrooms a large family room and a theater room to watch movie's. The only negative was you were in the basement of the home and there were tenants above you. The ceiling was not well sound proofed so you could hear foot steps / dogs barking/ work being done hammering- sanding remodeling work I would guess...it was a bit annoying but overall not a bad place to stay for a few days. I would give this property 4 stars.

Very nice basement apartment, in an excellent location! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Beautiful views of the valley. Will definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

South Jordan

One cannot control the temperature from the bottom level. You have to contact the host if it's too hot or cool. As this is a "mother-in-law" apartment in the basement (as stated in the bio) guests below can hear most of the activity upstairs. Very limited supplies in kitchen.....only the VERY basics. I do want to say that the hosts were very kind and nice.
