“We stayed here more by accident than design, having to alter our plan to stay with a local relative when we both came down with tenacious colds as soon as we arrived in Rhode Island. Kayla and Matul at the front desk were most accommodating throughout our several "add on" bookings, moving things around so we were able to stay in the same room instead of having to move within the hotel. “The property is mediocre. The floors were pretty dirty. The grounds had trash and cigarette butts everywhere. The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. The tv didn't work. I was thankful to only be there one day. Great if you are a smoker with pets to stay for a night but that's about it. No coffee maker in the room but there was a dunks nearby. Definitely needs to be cleaned up. I never even saw any staff but the one lady at the desk. I definitely could have gotten more for the price. ”
