Grande quartiere residenziale a 1 miglio dalla spiaggia. Residenza familiare si trova su 2 ettari con piscina interrata e cabana. Nuovissimo appartamento ristrutturato, attaccato alla casa principale con ingresso indipendente, chiuso 3 zona portico stagione con divano e camino elettrico, cucina completa con tutti gli utensili ed elettrodomestici, e camera da letto principale con letto king size celeste, divano letto queen size, grande TV a schermo piatto e doppia testa ben equipaggiata, doccia extra large per due! Molti extra inclusi: tutte le amenità a cui puoi pensare e se no, farò del mio meglio per accontentarti! Pozzo del fuoco, grill e piscina per il vostro uso in qualsiasi momento. Se viaggiate con bambini piccoli, fatemelo sapere dato che ho una serie di articoli disponibili per l'uso, compresi il pacchetto e il gioco, seggiolone, seggiolino rimbalzante, vaschetta per il bagno, ecc. Parco situato alla fine della strada. Biciclette, sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, asciugamani, refrigeratori per la spiaggia anche disponibili per l'uso.

Quaint Apartment

The apartment is in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The pool is well maintained and my whole family enjoyed it. The owner (Nicole) was available via email. The kitchen was well equipped and there were eggs, bagels and other amenities available for us. It is stated that the apartment can accommodate 7. We were 5 and I felt that was a comfortable amount. Seven would be tight. Renters should be aware that there is a dog and two cats on the property. The dog is quite friendly . The cats made themselves comfortable on the pool chairs. Unfortunately, (on our third night) in the apartment there was an infestation of flies. They were all over the kitchen. We alerted Nicole and she came over with bug spray, fly strips and swatters. Nicole put a bag on the outside faucet that had some bug repellent in it. She also vacuumed up the dead flies. These measures alleviated the problem. However, it did put a damper on our vacation.

Great weekend stay in RI!

Relaxing girls weekend for our group of 4. Check-in was very easy, the property was clean and well stocked. The pool was lovely to have! Easy access to rt 1 and area amenities. Gorgeous, safe neighborhood! The only thing that couldve been better was another real bed in lieu of the sofa sleepers. We had a great stay and i would definitely come again!

Great family vacation!

We had a great family vacation. The pool was amazing. My kids loved watching movies on the projector while swimming. Nicole was an amazing host. She was super accommodating which made our visit super special. Thanks Nicole. We will definitely be back!

Fun, accommidating ...and relaxing.

It was the first time I rented a beach house. The property manager was very nice and friendly She even had snacks for us when we arrived We loved the pool and fire pit. I was even able to bring our small dog. The house had everything we needed,: beach chairs , a beach umbrella, board games a big TV screen and HBO. The only thing that was inconvenient was that she did not allow any other people in besides the ones who rented. I would have loved my sister to come for a day. Other than that it was wonderful. Thank you Nicole.

Beautiful and Amazing!!

We had such a blast and can’t wait to come back again! Nicole is so fantastic and literally has everything you could ever need or want there. The place is spacious and we had 4 adult women on our mini vacay! The pool was a huge hit and so nice to have it just to us! Like I said we will be back!

Lovely home for a relaxing getaway

My family of 4, including young kids, had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and comfortable. The pullout sofa was actually really soft and comfy, as was the king sized bed. We were welcomed with a basket of snacks and breakfast foods/staples— so helpful and convenient when you have kids and don’t want to rush straight to the grocery store upon arrival. The pool was heaven— big and clean with all the fun water toys you need. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing getaway spot

Our family of four stopped here last minute for an overnight during a recent road trip and we all absolutely loved it! The owner couldn’t have been more helpful and always responded to requests promptly. It was private, extremely clean, and everything you could possibly need (and more) is provided for you. Best place we’ve stayed at by far!

Much Needed Relaxation

My family if four spent a few days at this property and had a wonderful time! Nicole was a great host and the apartment was beautiful and clean. The pool was the perfect temperature and the highlight of our stay! We also enjoyed biking around the pretty neighborhood. The location is convenient and is close to the beach and restaurants. And my kids fell in love with their sweet dog! We wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back!

Perfect Getaway

Great experience staying with Nicole and her family. The place is cozy but spacious enough for our family of four. My children loved the pool! The house is in a great neighborhood for walking and biking. It is also close to great restaurants, Newport and the Block Island ferry. It allowed for a nice mix of hanging by the pool and getting out and about. . Nicole is a wonderful host and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. We can’t wait to go back.

Relaxing break

The highlight of the vacation was the pool. My kids loved it! it was always clean, heated in the afternoons. Perfect. We had full privacy and everything we need - clean towels for the pool, bbq, fun fire pit for s'mores. The kitchen was stocked with started groceries and coffee. The property is about 30 min from Newport and has some great beaches in the area. Lot's of options for food and grocery in the area.

Short break

Overall our little get away was very good at this location. Nicole had everything one could want ready and waiting. AND the space was very clean (most important to me) and well decorated. My only suggestion was for a better place to sit outside to have your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. When we were there that was lacking, but Nicole said she was on it. I believe her, she does try to make your stay a special one!

Perfect Hideaway for our Rhode Island Adventure

Nicole's guest wing was just a perfect base for me and my husband to explore the RI coast for our long weekend. Really tastefully decorated, clean comfortable bed and small sitting area with all kinds of channels to choose from on large TV. The kitchen was well stocked, not just with everything you would need to cook on your own, but also with goodies that Nicole supplied to use throughout our stay. Check in was easy and Nicole was an excellent host, providing us with many options of things to see and do in the area and happily answering all of our questions, yet also making sure we had our privacy. Her pool area was beautiful and it was nice to relax with a swim at the end of a long day in the sun. The location in S. Kingston was a great spot to explore Narangansett and also just a short 30 min drive to Newport. Our only complaint is that it was much too short a visit! We can't wait to plan our next trip. I can't thank Nicole enough for her generous hospitality.

Perfect stay!

My husband and i stayed here for two nights for our 10 year anniversary road trip. This property was fantastic! It was clean, beautifully decorated, and updated. Nicole did not miss a beat with comfort and amenities. There were many thoughtful and unexpected touches. The pool was warm and great! Her communication was quick and helpful. Great little getaway

Our stay in this hidden gem was outstanding. Nicole has a lovely home and we particularly enjoyed the pool and surrounding area. The apartment itself was meticulously maintained with great attention to detail. It was so comfy and inviting and we immediately felt at home right from the start. We will definitely be returning.

Beautiful and peaceful

This was our first visit to RI and our stay here made it perfect. The location is ideal for exploring the coast from Newport to Mystic. The space has all the comforts of home plus more like access to the pool, bikes, beach toys and chairs. Nicole was so informing and helpful. And the beds were so comfortable! We slept great! Highly recommend!!!

Every thought and personal touch put into making your vacation wonderful!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Nicole and her place. First, the place is beautiful, clean, quiet and impeccably decorated with high end everything. Nicole thought of everything and I mean everything. You really don't need to bring anything if you didn't want to. She had every food item someone could think of, down to eggs and yogurt in the fridge! Nicole even went out of her way to leave bikes and helmets out for our use. The pool was amazing and felt great when you didn't want to head to the beach. The location was perfect, only a 2 minute drive to Matunuck Oyster Bar and the beach. Nicole was very easy to get in touch with and even offered my family ideas on local events. My son's favorite part, her cute and friendly dog that greats you throughout the day. I would stay here again and again and have already told friends about it.

Fantastic!

The property was in a great location, close to a park, state beach and local beach. Shopping was close by. The apartment was spotless, and the owners, Nicole and Brenda were wonderful, helpful and welcoming. Lots of little extra touches that made our stay perfect.
