Charming Downtown Wakefield Mill House

Our Mill house is a cozy 3 bedroom right in the center of town. Adjacent to the bike path so an easy walk to all the local eats and a bike ride to the beach!

This home was originally built in 1890 in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Wakefield. After a complete gut-rennovation it has all the modern amenities including super fast wifi, internet Samsung television with Apple Airplay, a beautiful walk in shower and tub, and updated kitchen appliances. The first floor is a open plan with a living/TV room, dining area, and kitchen. The second floor has 3x bedrooms with a jack & jill bathroom. There is also a washer dryer available for guests to use in the first floor bathroom and an outdoor shower. We absolutely love our little house and we think you will too!

You will have full access to the home. The basement is unfinished with only storage and utilities so guests will not have access to that.

We are close by if you need anything, but give you privacy.

We are in an ideal location right in town. The bike path is 50ft from the front door and from there it's a 5 minute walk downtown to an Acai/Smoothie place (Bol), Brickley's ice cream, a fantastic new bakery (So Co Bread Co), and even a new fine dining option at Duck Press.

Walk the bike path in the other direction and you're 5 minutes from Belmont Grocery store, a local seafood shop, a Surf shop, a local gift shop (Nico Scout), and a surprisingly robust Record Store! (Looney Tunes II).

Sometimes we are able to offer an early CHECK-IN when possible, however please note the CHECK-OUT time is 11am.
We are unable to accommodate late check-outs as we respect the time and schedule of our cleaners set to be at property promptly after each check- out in order to thoroughly clean and prepare for the next guests.

The basement has chairs for the outdoor table.
