“Wonderful location, would definitely stay here again! Property is within 30mins or less of the Newport area and reasonably priced. Very clean outside annd overall of the room, lovely gas fire pit outside for end of night enjoyment. Front end staff were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.”

“The cottage met all our needs. It is nestled between two marinas and in a quiet neighborhood. It is small but very efficient. One of the marinas has a small restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the owner of the restaurant is super friendly. Sitting out on the deck in the warm sun was lovely. We enjoyed our stay. ”
