You are 1/2 mile from Town Beach at Matunuck (South Kingstown Town Beach), and less than 3/4 mile from East Matunuck State Beach. There is also a fishing area less than a 3-minute walk down the street. This is also a great area for bicycling (we provide bikes).

This house has a modern kitchen for cooking large family meals along with a large pantry closet, an open dining room leading to a relaxing living room.
